I made a sandbox on how the updated Nemesis profile will look like.

Overall, I added:

• New Keys for the other forms of Nemesis
• Scans
• References

Looks alright overall, though the height and weight should note which form it's refering to (Obviously it's refering to her giant form) but I don't doubt someone could look at the profile and think wonder why that's the value for her other forms.
