Nejire isn't going to be caught by attacks coming from the ground since she'll be flying towards him.

Geten has two options, flying away from her or standing his ground to attack her. First one isn't going to be helpful when their speed is equal, she can stop/destroy his ice or just push it out of the way with her vastly higher lifting strength. A clash between their attacks will always end in Nejire's victory.

Second one is risky since it makes easier for her to get past his defenses, which she'll use to restrain him with her Wave Motion. (She isn't going to kill him)

Voting Nejire, her own attacks are more reliable due to not being dependent on outside sources, her superior durability means she can take hits from him without dying, and vastly higher lifting strength that lets her win any clash they enter in.

Even if Geten defends that isn't going to stop her Wave Motion from trying to wrap him up, and he lacks the LS to push her attack back.

Geten doesn't really have any advantages over her apart from AOE which Nejire can evade or break with Nejire wave.

If Geten gets tagged by any of Nejire's attacks, he's definitely going down.
