Feat description: A character strikes the ground which causes the surrounding buildings to crack and break as well as the nearby parked cars to jump a few feet in the air. Can we use the earthquake formula as there were clear depictions of tremors? If so, what magnitude is required to achieve this? If not, then what other methods can be used?
