From what I can see on both profiles, Neco Arc seems to have more relevant hax that could help her in the fight (such as fire manipulation, blood manipulation, energy projection, summoning, afterimage creation and forcefield creation) thus overwhelming Becky.
Though, Neco Arc's AP should approximate 16.42 gigatons while Becky's is around 56.7 gigatons so... leaning more towards the latter due to sheer AP (3.45x difference).

A good number of Becky's villains are projectile users and her flight-dodging skills are nothing to scoff at. I don't think any of those would be too much of a problem for her.

I see. Alright then the only relevant hax are Summoning, Afterimage Creation and Forcefield Creation... that reduces Neco Arc's chances of winning. Leaning towards Beck then, but I will be waiting for more arguments since it's not a clear win.

I don't think those are particularly high hax. Forcefield Creation might help but we don't know how durable those are compared to Neco Arc's regular durability and can be broken with a few good punches. Afterimage shouldn't really confuse her that much. And as for summoning, I think that might prolong the victory but not outright stop her from winning.

Well for starters, Neco Arc has the eye beams to snipe Wordgirl.

There's also Excalibur, the flying Black Keys, and healing items.

I guess there's also the Neco-Arc summons that drop from the sky and fall on Wordgirl, but that'll just be more annoying than anything else.
