I think silver eyes can take this but it was banned.

I think Natsu is faster but speed is equalized.

But Natsu should still be more durable, hit harder,and have higher stamina.

@Hensiu Actually Ruby hits a bit harder and is more durable, she has a 141 tons of TNT feat, Natsu is scaled to a feat that only yielded 100 tons of TNT.
