Kratos due to AP+dura advantage (the feat he scales from is like 5X greater), better powers, greater intelligence and combat experience.

Even if this isn't a stomp it is a decisive victory for kratos.

I think we accepted the 97 baseline large island level feat for Kratos

Did we, it doesn't specify on the calc page or kratos's page; but if it is the case that gives Natsu an AP/dura advantage of 24 gigatons and that's it, Natsu is inferior in all other categories.
