I don't think Naruto or any character's durabilty is really accurent here in this verse, even in six path Mode Naruto, Madara or Sasuke, are not going to be fine at all being within 1000 meters of Yamamoto, let alone in front of him in his bankai stated...Kaguya was even affected by her own gravity planet.
Yhwach and Jugram both used Blut Vene to be in front of Yamamoto becuase they are both Quincy's.
