Alright I'm gonna start, I think Yhwach can take this, he has multiple way to defend himself from Naruto's attack with either normal blut vene, or sankt zwinger, his blut vene anhaben is useful should Naruto or his clones try to get close, he also can use sank altar to take Naruto's power.

EDIT: legit question.. can naruto just put chakra on his fist and ONE PUUUNNNCHHH Yhwach? Worked on a High 6-A and I don't think it'd count as his other form

Naruto wins, he can actually use an extremely powerful genjutsu which is stronger than even the infinite tsukynomi, it's an S-class forbidden jutsu called: Talk no Jutsu. It allows Naruto to persuade any enemy, no matter how evil, to reform and join his fanclub, it cannot be resisted or nullified. Afterwards, they surrender willingly.
