Luffy has compression amps 3x-4x times on top of CoA and CoC coating, pair that with ryou durability negation and transmutation durability negation and naruto is basically going to be getting his organs pummeled in two different ways by attacks far above 4x times his own durability. Add on that mind reading and future sight hax basically counters clones. Then soru speed amps and luffy actually punmels naruto.
Naruto's rasenshuriken is rendered useless by CoA coating which is resistant to piercing attacks which is the basis of rasenshuriken durability negation. Boil release amp is not big enough to overwhelm luffy's own amps. Magma release is also useless as luffy's heat resistance is above it. Naruto's signature move rasengan is crap because luffy is blunt force resistant. The only danger that I can think of is the truth seeking orb, luffy has no answer for matter manipulation or existence erasure, but he can always just future sight, speed amp and stretch out of the way.
I'm voting luffy decisively.
