Minato should take this. His faster reflexes and hiraishin should be too much for base naruto (Sage Mode Naruto would have been a different story).

Minato mid-high diff, it's his thing to spread his Thunder God Kunai all over the area, even if Naruto uses his clones to counter, Minato is still fast enough to pick them off along with his significantly higher experience.

When I looked it says edited 4 hours ago. I looked at the history and it says this thread create 13 May 2018 fairly old with so many revisions.

If @TFO doesn't change the versions this thread should be closed.

I changed it to 7-A versions (Base Minato and Base Naruto (War Arc).

Are they know each other or someone out there they must kill and start searching for the other from the start? If so:

Minato is a sensor so he easily finds Naruto when Naruto starts searching Minato with his clones.

Minato high-end low diffs probably if he couldn't blitz Naruto.
