Tsuna cant even scratch naruto with his striking stenght and dc hes pretty fodder like a flie to a human.And no it doesnt apply in this case tsuna has FTL combat speed he escaped the velocity of a black hole with his speed.If shes bloodlust then im pretty sure she going to use any means of winning here not that it matter.He has water manipulation also he has flight as i stated one hit from his staff with his precog and sensing ability and shes done for.

True I do agree that Tsuna can't scratch Naruto, if escaping a black hole = fighting reaction then Lapiz should be able to do it easily. She is blood lusted she will but she won't win, neither will Naruto despite having the necessary means to one shot her.

To be fair, we haven't seen the full extent of Lapis' powers, her taking the Planet's Oceans is a CASUAL feat due to her having a cracked gem at the time and having no difficulty maintaining it. The only time we seen her strain herself was when see her keeping Malachite, a fusion of her and Jasper, down using the Earth's oceans for months. Malachite being superior to Lapis is likely stronger. And considering SU isn't even in the halfway point yet in terms of plot and story, there will likely be more upgrades to the characters in SU and even new ones that are even stronger (cough the Diamond Authority and the Cluster cough).
