What GTg stated. Absolute zero wouldn't let puny atomization (stating that ironically) stop it. At the very least, the TSB wouldn't be capable of doing anything, and Kyogre's AoE attacks would demolish the jinchuriki.

TSB is chakra actually, or rather, energy. Energy can be decreased or increased, not frozen.

Energy can be decreased to where its movements become zero, and effectively frozen, which is exactly what absolute zero does. Here's a link to what absolute zero really does, not that you probably don't know, being a staff member and all.

It has nothing to do with the movement of energy not to mention energy still exists but I concede nonetheless as I have no clue what the zero-point energy of the TSB is.

Kyogre via Sheer Cold hax and for having better experience overall. Kyogre's water attacks are far more lethal in rain as well.
