That false. Suigetsu tank directly Biju Beam directly from 8th Tail and You think KCM mini tailed beast bomb would stop Kabuto regen? He is in Permanent Sage Mode (that actually also provide a regen + suigetsu ability that even capable of survive 8th tail blast point blank) + orochimaru + jugo regen + kimimaro bones regen + hashirama dna. this dude got strongest regen out of the box in naruto verse. If it wasnt for plot armor jutsu that defeated him + he can also use edo tensei jutsu with ease n shove all former biju to play with naruto..
