Naruto speed upgrade

Genjutsu travels to it's target, and it's just chakra being injected into people, Six paths Madara could reflect his eye and cast a genjutsu with light that crossed to the planet in a similar time frame as light, shouldn't this upgrade the god tiers ?

I don't see how any of this would actually upgrade the characters' speeds.

There is no implication that Sasuke's techniques are faster than his Genjutsu, nor do we have an actual speed for his Genjutsu.
