Naruto multipliers question

Idk much about Naruto,but does Naruto Have a 25x multiplier from Kakashi stating Naruto in base has 4x his chakra and with Kurama 100x?
If so why?
If not why?

Numbers aside, every form has its respective amps. Jinchirikis has large chakra reserves anyway.

For the same reason we don't consider Naruto 4 times stronger than Kakashi.

There are multiple multipliers they could add to naruto like the sage mode being a 10x or more multiplier (it is more likely to be a 100x) i dont know why they dont apply them for naruto but they do it for things like bleach.
