Naruto contradiction

There was a revision on Naruto's Chakra being a UES status. I never really fully agreed with the downgrade, and I kind of acknowledged some unclarified things on our UES policies. I plan on addressing an smaller energy systems within larger energy systems eventually. But there are cases where a Universal Energy System or Nonphysical Energy system can consist of smaller energy systems that are Limited Energy Systems individually. There are also cases where even one of the smaller energy systems qualifies as a full Universal Energy System on its own, but the larger one is like a "Even more Universal" Energy System.
I don't make any promises about the outcome of Naruto's Chakra, but Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Lightning Chakras are considered Limited Energy systems individually, and putting 2 or more of them together would equate to a Non-Physical. Yin-Yang Chakra to my knowledge seems to be the only sub Chakra type that would inherently qualify as Universal if I am reading the descriptions correctly.
