Naruto's Rasenshuriken before Bijuudama Rasenshuriken literally can't be vaporization, it attacks on a cellular level explicitly, that's not vaporizing. Even when it hit the body of a Pain, it disintegrated the body.

True vaporization leaves more than just vapors, it leaves a clean surface that was affected and there is no debris at all. This fails to meet the latter two points.

Juubi Spawns vary though, we can't comfortably say all are as strong nor durable as the one that tanked Sakura's first punch.

For example:

Kiba destroyed several spawns that were bigger than the one that tanked Sakura's punch in just one attack.

Shino killed one larger than the one Sakura.

Hinata's is the worse, the spawn she fought was smaller than the one that tanked Sakura's punch and Hinata need the full 64 Palms and she didn't even kill it, she just hurt it.

Choji has the best feat though as he demolishes sveral larges ones at once.

They vary heavily being of sizes below or above the one similar to Sakura's.

The point of the revision is that those characters scale to 7C or atleast 7C because of the Juubi spawn that Sakura attacked

Except Juubi spawn vary in stats. You could scale Shino with his specific bug used to kill it, Choji with his expansion and Kiba with Three Headed Wolf. Hinata is out of luck though since she faced a smaller Juubi and needed 64 Palms only to hurt it. The best she could get is "Possibly 7-C with 64 Palms".

We don't know their exact placement, but we can say that they are at least at this tier. They could be higher, but we don't know and can't accurately say.

Next in line:

Downgrade CM2 Sasuke, healthy Orochimaru, Base Jiraiya, Base Tsunade, KN4 and any other affected guys to High 7-C based on the multiplier for the curse mark. Storm calcs are now invalid.

And I'm still pretty sure that Kep said the Deidara calc was iffy, and that OBD got around City level so someone should ask him. Plus I don't think it's been evaluated yet.

EDIT: also forgot but @TFO said that he has reasons for Base Naruto being 7-A so let's not do anything yet until we can get this stuff also situated

They can actually stay at 7A tho because of the other value of the Kirin calc. I forgot which but it was brought up. Also there is the 7A calc for pains durability as well as Deidaras calc


I'm also planning on making to 6C and High 6C scaling thread when ever the current revision is done

Kirin doesn't scale to those that I mentioned. I'm not talking about Pain and the rest. I'm talking about the Sannin in base and others. Deidara's feat is debatable. It's not even evaluated yet.
