We used to have a lot of arguments on higher amount of chakra in relation to AP, but how do we treat it this way:
For example, A has chakra reserves on par with the Bijuu, but we don't scale him to them. If Tsunade had been said to possess more chakra than the Bijuu did, would she have potential to scale to them with her level of chakra control?
