I'm fairly certain Primal Groudon and Kyogre win this as they have equivalent DC and superior speed (high quad Mach to low-mid quad Mach). Gonna give it to the Pokémon.

Shinju flicked a bijuudama and has feats as far as I know.Kyuubi is only MHS regularly when he's enhanced by So6 paths chakra otherwise he's high hypersonic or something with reactions and attack speed.

Weather duo. Not only do they have the quintessential Pokemon movepool that includes moves for affecting it's capabilities and defending itself, both Kyogre and Groudon in their 5-C forms have the stamina to simply outlast Naruto and Sasuke, as Naruto and Sasuke likely can't maintain their Moon Level forms for as long as Groudon and Kyogre, who can maintain their 5-C forms for DAYS while fighting each other, while Naruto and Sasuke have to run off of Chakra reserves that would be very easily depleted using the attacks neccesarry to deal decent damage to the Weather Duo


Not sure about the speed difference, but i haven't seen a Naruto speed calc before lol. All I know is that Groudon and Kyogre are at Mach 6K according to the wiki.

The pokemons have superior reflexes but they have really slow speed in general when it comes to movement which is why they're barely even mobile as stated above.All it takes is some Rasenshurikens to destroy they're cells or Amateratsu and its over.

The anime has been known at times to be inconsistent or the people who did make the anime decide to make the battle between Groudon and Kyorge slower than it actually is and since we are going by the primary canon, the games to be exact, we can tell Groudon is still fast. Remember here we are going by both anime and games on the Pokemon's side while on the other side, anime and manga.
