Naofumi can defend from Bowser's attacks and maybe reflect some of them. Meanwhile Raphtalia will try to take him down, and even with 10-C dura, it will be difficult for Bowser to take her down due to Naofumi protecting her.

Naofumi can also use Infinity Zero to null Bowser's abilities, I guess.

I think Bowser might have a chance before Naofumi activates Infinity Zero, which would negate "godly powers" aka powers that aren't from Naofumi's world, so most of Bowser stuff would be negated.
