Nanoha Takamachi (Lyrical Nanoha) vs. Lucy (Elfen Lied)

This seems like a stomp. Lucy has very bad durability feats and is super unstable in her strongest (country-busting) form, which is the only form that can keep up with adult Nanoha and possibly even break through her shields. Combined with the fact that Nanoha is Massively Hypersonic+ whereas Lucy is Massively Hypersonic with JUST her vectors and merely hypersonic in reaction speed.

It's alright. It's just how the wiki's rules are. Still, looks like it's 1 for Nanoha, 0 for Lucy.
