Nami's durability

Why isn't it Multi City Block level? Her profile says she withstood a knee to the face and blocked a kick from Kalifa who's capable of harming Sanji, so why's it City Block level+? Shouldn't her durability be slightly upgraded?

It says she is comparable to someone (Blueno) who could harm Sanji but still if she took that chicks attack without dieing or several injured then she could scale to Multi City Block level unless I'm missing something.

Yeah. But this is what her page says.

Excluding Spandam, Kalifa is the weakest of CP9, but she is comparable to Blueno and was capable of hurting Sanji.

So, it means she hurt Sanji herself.

Yeah I agree with this too. She should have Multi-City block durability instead since it doesn't really make sense if it's just a Citi Block level+.
