It's not a particular weakness of Maexxna, Warlocks have shit like fire rain and it doesn't do much to Maexxna's webs in Naxxramas besides the Unga bunga part of breaking them

Maexxna has the passive ability of killing anything she attacks as a 2/8 card from hearthstone

Nami can become invisible and make illusions with Mirage Tempo and then use her prep time to cover the entire arena with large thunderclouds capable of instantly vaporizing Maexenna due to her lack of heat resistance.

Invisibility doesn't work on Maexxna(Rogues can attest to this), and the spiders she summons could interrupt that prep pretty handily

It's not conventional magical invisibility. It's via water manipulation.
It has no prep time. They would all either be attacking fake nami clones or just not see her at all and be hella confused just to be shocked.

Not an issue at all.
Nami and the rest of the crew were able to easily deal with the 10,000 Marines present during the Enies Lobby Buster Call, so hordes shouldn't be an issue.

It's not even resist its just all forms of invisibility in WoW do not work on bosses for whatever reason, there might be a Shaman skill to grant invisibility
