Nacht can easily outlast Escanor. He also has good heat resistance so he wouldn't be bothered by his heat. They are also very comparable in AP.

My vote is for Nacht due to versatility

Voting Nacht. Mana Zone boosts all of his stats accordingly, making it so that Escanor won't be hitting or even sensing him in Nacht's darkness. His Pack clones are just as strong as he is, and he can summon dozens of them to swarm the opponent at any time, whilst still staying back and attacking Escanor with his shadow sealing, etc.

Voting Nacht. His versatility via his different Devil Unions, Mana Zone, Shadow Magic, along with his heat resistance via Mana Skin as a cherry on top, all give him an edge here. It'd be hard for Escanor to sense him, he'd be whittled down by Pack clones, etc.
