Weakened Key
It was briefly brought up in this thread that Blumhouse Myers should have a 9-C key for his Ends appearance, but I'll elaborate here
Obviously, he starts the film weakened. Despite getting the jump on an officer, he's quickly overpowered and struggles to get up, and would probably have died that very encounter if not for Corey. He kills the officer and from there people on this site and off assume he's back to full power. The only thing that really supporting that is a vague novel statement saying he had "fully awoken" back to being the embodiment of evil. Problem is that it also uses the same phrase to describe him in confinement. Sartain was trying to "awake" him. Does that make pre-2018 Myers = HE Myers = HK Myers?
In context, it probably just means "willing and able to kill without assistance" or something along those lines. Plus it's illogical that Myers with one kill would be just as strong as Myers with 40 kills at the end of Halloween Kills.
Supporting this, it's also stated that Laurie had become an alcoholic and had taken up therapy. So, he also has a much worse performance against Laurie past her prime. Worst of all, Allyson also overpowers him and breaks his arm in the finale.
So what does he scale to? Mainly wherever Corey scales, the most impressive of which is being able to fall 3 stories without much trouble which would scale around 10 KJ, there's also Corey smashing Margo's skull. He can keep Class 1 LS for snapping his neck.
Therefore, Myers and Laurie both get a HE key and they cap at Street Level+ but keep Class 1 LS, Corey likewise scales there

In this thread, I brought up Corey's feat in the junkyard where he seemingly dodges a bullet. Discussion seemed to get clogged up in whether he actually dodged it or not, but the actual meat and potatoes of the feat is that the fact that he's just straight up gone despite the camera never leaving him. This would imply either that he can teleport or that he can move faster than the eye can perceive since there was no cover for him to hide behind. I'm inclined to believe it's speed since novels give a basis for him having superhuman speed.
I can't seem to find a solid calc for any similar feat, but consider that the shooter had no idea where he went despite having sightline from a good distance. We can perceive cars, cheetahs, etc, at that distance but Corey wasn't even a blur. It's ample support for a speed greater than his current peak human rating.

Misc
Both Corey and Michael Myers get Resurrection added to their power set. It's stated Corey had died when he stabbed himself in the neck, but shot back to life when Michael approached him in the novel.
Myers gets Limited Power Nullification for retaking his power from Corey.
Corey gets Empowerment. Not explicitly stated, but pretty obvious he gets stronger similar to Myers. He can't break a glass door or force open a locked one in one scene, but smashes a girl's head in the next. The bullies throwing him over a bridge incapacitates him for hours early on, but he later falls 3 stories for fun.
Michael gets Fear and Madness Manipulation. When Michael kills Corey, Corey regains the same fear he had upon their first encounter. One inmate in Smiths Grove is stated to have died with the same black eyes as Michael. It's also revealed another (the homeless man) gradually came to worship Michael as God when placed next to his cell, and later was able to sense his presence in the sewers despite not seeing him, heavily implying supernatural influence. The town descending into chaos in Halloween Kills and becoming riddled with crime could also be an example of either or both powers
Teleportation if you do not think the Corey speed feat counts as a perception blitz, it would have to be teleportation. No amount of stealth allows you to simply vanish in a continuous shot.
