Well in her profile she have 8-B durability too.

I'm talking more about our Profiles than the shinso thing, sorry about that lol anyway

as for the shinso thing. I'm claiming PIS on that part, cuz if thats true, that would make early Deku also 8-B

What do you mean? Early Ochaco has 9-B durability, not 8-B.

Especially Deku, his profile is super clumsy.

yeah, imma first try and see if I can make a proper scaling on my wikia. cuz i think a lot of the backward scaling is used so that we don't have to create a shit ton of keys.

Okay, I also have to fix a bunch of broken links.

I asked Reppuzan, but he didn't answered me.

I'm sorry for being slow, but I'm honestly not sure how to address this.

On one hand, characters like Shinsou don't have any feats to corroborate an 8-B rating.

On the other hand, this scaling is logical given that even the characters with the lowest official Strength ratings can knock over or incapacitate opponents the size of apartment complexes.

I also asked CrossverseCrisis about this, but he is unsure as well.

Should we consider it as a plot-induced stupidity outlier?

Given that Shinzou was explicitly stated to be weaker than Izuku physically on top of the fact that Izuku has eaten a lot worse, it might be best to treat it that way.
