Well... both games have a ton of "development controversies", so this fits Mitchell Yandere-cha

Mitchell is bloodlusted.

Yandere-chan is on normal sanity but really angry.

They fight in a steel fabric with no people, 300 meters separate from each other.

Basic knowledge of each other.

Mitchell carries the following weapons: Machete, Brass Knuckles (He has two), a kevlar knife, nightvision googles.

Yandere-chan carries the following weapons: Katana, Baseball bat, Fire axe and kitchen knife

If it is unbalanced, Yandere-chan is ritualized and Mitchell gets a M1911 pistol with a magazine full of bullets.
 
I give this to Mitchell due to more experience and knowledge on how to fight things better than Ayano could. I mean, Mitchell is a soldier, Ayano is a high school girl. Mitchell wins, I think.
 
Does Mitchell's armor have openings Yan-Chan can attack? Otherwise his durability might make this a stomp. He wins regardless though via experience, fighting skill, weaponry, and his armor.
