Muriel's feat isn't Small Building level, but Wall level, since she didn't totally destroy any building in the town but just a part of it. (Skip to 0:43)

So at best, she would get higher with Fire Spell.

Minute 5:50 Muriel reacted to Shotgun blasts that will upgrade her reaction speed to Supersonic.

Anyone who scales from Muriel speed should have their speed upgraded too.
