Ok, the calculation looks good. Instead of relying on assumptions about the moon being too far away or the remaining pieces of the Earth, it uses a distance mentioned in the scene from the satellite to the Earth (where the Black Hole is located).

It surprises me that an indie verse with such an engaged community ended the series without a general discussion thread on VSBW.
