Mundus Universe Level, Type-Moon, and considering pocket dimensions as universes

So Mundus created a pocket dimension, with its own stars, planets, and constellations. Nobody is questioning if the physics of his pocket dimension apply to ours. If he can destroy and create a star in his pocket dimension, then he can also do it in the real world, outside his pocket dimension. Everything he did inside of it counts as a legit universal feat. As nobody is questioning if being a God of his own pocket universe or dimension applies to the physics of the outside world or other worlds, I want to declare that any being capable of creating a pocket dimension with its own landscapes, stars and suns should be upgraded to 3A. That means that every character of the Nasuverse with its own Reality Marble or World Egg, should also be upgraded to 3A. For example, Iskander managed to create a desert that looked infite with its own sun. Emiya can also create UBW, which counts with its own sun and is described as being endless. Also, any character with an Anti-World Noble Phantasm, which allows them to destroy Reality Marbles and pocket dimensions, no matter their size, should be 3A. This includes beings like Gilgamesh with Enuma, BB with Cursed Cutting Crater, and The Queen's Glass Game. Gil with Ea can even destroy galaxies in CCC and pretty much bring down any Reality Marble or Pocket dimension (Mundus has zero chance against him). Cursed Cutting Crater creates an imaginary space, a full world, then deletes it everything trapped inside of it (consumes reality), Nursery's Rhyme Queen Class Game resets the world to an specific point. Oh, and All thw World's Evils, the Grail or Avenger should also be 3A, since by the end of Fate Zero it creates a world with ships, cities, oceans, stars, castles and suns while speaking to Kiritsugu. Most of this Reality Marbles and Anti-World techniques state in their descriptions that they rewrite reality or manifest the inner world of the user on the outside world, forcefully imposing their rules over te real world's. So there should be no problem. Unless all of you want to discuss when creating a pocket dimension or a bounded field with its own universe inside shall not be considered a tier 3 feat.


Edit: The MightyRegulator, I have already stated that Anti-World NPS like Ea and CCC can destroy pocket dimensions no matter their size. Again, Iskander, Emiya, and Avenger's worlds are described as endless in size.

What you're suggesting is ridiculous. Unless they're space-time continuums which are reviewed on a case by case basis as our system is not perfect, whether someone is rated Tier 3-A or not is, featwise, based entirely on size. Next time please question the rating of the relevant character which you disagree with before making whimsical demands.
