Multiversal tier questions

If a character is stated to destroy a multiverse, do we automatically assume the character is low multiversal and above or do we need further proof that the previously stated multiverse fits vsb specifications for a multiverse?

You need proof of how large the multiverse is. But as a low ball, I would personally put it at 2c. 2c covers up to thousand universes.

Anyway, multiverse sizes differ from fiction to fiction. Some are very small, some are way too large, so statements like these needs further elaboration.

Normally multiverse by default will be at least 2-C, because well, the name is multi-verse. But there is still some exception, for example destroy a comoslogy that used Quilted Multiverse model will not grant 2-C but rather higher than baseline 3-A, because in that model each universe is just a bubble on the same larger space-time, thus there is only one temporal axis and three spatial axis not multi isolated/separated universal space-time continuum thus no tier 2. When you destroy this cosmology, if the 4th dimension axis of time will not involved when you destroy that cosmology = still 3D power; if the time axis is involved in the destruction then it will grant Low 2-C
