So Emperor Joker is listed as High 2-A and apparently Superman was capable of hurting him from what I've heard? This seems incredibly inconsitent for him so does anyone know if this is true?

Do you mean legitimately damaging him? Because he certainly didn't do that. Supes burst out of his head while Joker was dicking around, Joker commented on how he felt it and then lays Superman down by smacking him with a rubber chicken.

The only scan I can find supporting it is this : At the bottom Joker claims Superman is "manhandling" him and Batman seems to think Superman can kill him. Again this seems waaaaay too inconsistent to be true.

Found more. Superman was able to scare Mxyzptlk and the Spectre. I don't think this counts as a feat but it is interesting.
