Did we all forget that muffet with spider-manipulation can manipulate peter for being a half spider like being not to mention muffet's Pet and the fact that spider's have hair that prevent them from getting stuck in webs. Spider-Man does not have those hairs since he has gotten stuck in his own web. Since speed is equalized and durability is also equalized Peter would get stuck in muffet's Strongest webbing and muffet will have an easy time getting through peter's web not to mention Peter has not faced anything with soul manipulation or Danmaku before so dodging will be hard especially with equalized speed.

Muffet's pet will also swallow spider-man whole because of speed being equalized and not to mention the swarm of spiders donuts and croisons muffet can throw at Spider-Man .

Spider-Man only has taser webbing but nothing else.

There was no point equalizing Durability and strength since they both are low 7-C except muffet has been stated to be likely far higher
