Homelander upscales his AP and durability value (which is already over 2x higher than Bob’s AP), he has rage amps on top of that, and nothings stopping him from trying heat vision again if Bob dodges it the first time. I’m not saying it’s impossible for Bob for win, but honestly I see Homie winning more often than not.

Bob can get around the A.P gap with grappling, which he'll do in-character iirc, at least if straight punches don't work. I'm not voting for either yet, to be clear

Grappling absolutely is doing damage Bob has a huge LS advantage. How in-character is it for Homelander to fly out of reach and range spam?

Lasering at a distance is something Homelander loves to do even to his detriment. Several times he comes across a problem he can easily solve by just punching and instead makes it worse by lasering.
