Does his ability allow him to copy weapons or just abilities (don't know as i want to read Undead Unluck)? 90% of Weiss' offensive powers come from her weapon, and the other 10% she would have no issue fighting against as she has trained with Winter, who has all of her powers, since she was a child

As for the freezing ability, does it prevent the opponent from thinking or just from moving? Because weiss has fought and devised a strategy to hard counter a person who can do the exact same thing if it just causes physical paralysis

His ability unchange can also just stop her attacks that are physical or cover her mouth so she can’t breathe.

Okay so then using that on Weiss would only get him access to her basic glyphs, which she knows fully how to fight against as Winter has the exact same glyphs as her and Weiss has been sparring against her since she was a child

Since it only stops movement, this fight would go the same way as Weiss' fight with Marrow, a guy with the exact same kind of ability to freeze people in his field of view, she would just use the arma gigas to attack him from a different angle and force him to divide his attention, and teleport the arma gigas to a blind spot if it gets frozen

The majority of her attacks aren't physical so that wont be much of an issue

And billy's main win con here considering Weiss's abilities is to use Unchange and Unjustice. If he can't hold her down then he can create a ball of air to block out her attacks. Unjustice will cause people to attack things they hold as symbols of justice in their life or means to their justice, so if Weiss's justice is through her living to protect something or someone or pursue some sort of goal in life then she will kill herself or destroy the thing she holds as justice.

The gravity field is a few meters in diameter but the effects of it are instant and theres not really a tell as theres no projectile, a black glyph would just appear under him and when it shows up he would either be left floating helplessly in midair or pulled to the ground unable to move.

That wouldnt really do much to stop Weiss, her attacks for the most part dont have projectiles so theres nothing for him to block, and if her summons are in play she can teleport them directly on top of him or behind him

Why would she kill herself? Going by the description of Unjustice, it just makes the target act out the opposite of their ideals, and he wouldnt even know Weiss' ideals to begin with. As for the scan you posted, using the description of said ability, the aliens killed each other and themselves because their ideal was to survive by traveling to a new planet, attacking, killing everyone, and taking over, so the opposite of that would be attacking and killing each other so none of them survive. It wouldnt just make Weiss instantly kill herself just because she would no longer be defiant.

In the scan Juiz says that he did not kill himself and that his vision of justice was just all talk meaning he didn't fully believe in it. If weiss is willing to stand up to people and put herself in danger for what she believes then it would seem she would end up killing herself. And when the ability was done to Juiz by Billy she attempted to kill herself since it went against her vision of justice.

And lets say Weiss doesn't kill herself, she will do an action that would be against her vision of justice like Shen does by shrinking his staff so he could not fight Billy, meaning Weiss wouldn't do this "willingly taking on the unstoppable force of Salem trying to destroy all life" and would instead stand down or throw her weapon to the side.

So for starters Billy's speed can be increased via acceleration meaning he'll keep increasing his speed unless he stops himself and from what's shown the speeds he reach usually allow him to catch people be surprise not through the speed alone but also through him being unpredictable like other characters in Undead Unluck tend to be, so Weiss's will need to not only increase her speed against Billy but she'll also need to predict his next move and have something to counter.

Billy can use unchange in multiple ways that can be defensive or offensive, he can create a barrier of air or water to block out attacks, or block out Weiss. He can simply suffocate Weiss with air like he did here

Now this scan shows Billy doing the abilities in tandem, meaning he can do this with other abilities as well incase two abilities don't work on Weiss.

With Unjustice in use Weiss would not have taken on the forces of Salem and instead would have "thrown down" her weapon like Shen does as I showed in the previous scan (guy to the left of Juiz). Now depending on how important or how true Weiss's vision of justice is to her she would kill herself thereby defeating the way she would pursue her vision of justice. Now I'm not gonna argue for Weiss killing herself since I just don't know Weiss enough to make a good argument for it.

Now given that Unjustice was used, this will give Billy a good amount of time to do several things, he can kill her by crushing her with air, he can just accelerate himself to her and rip her head off or grind her into the ground like this

Speed is equalized, what their speeds are while unequal is irrelevant. And Weiss can put her glyphs anywhere on the battlefield, even in midair, and he doesnt need to be touched by a glyph for it to affect him
