Both are around the same strength ap wise and durability but I think JFK edges out due to his ls advantage which he would use to restrain bean something in character seeing as one of the tactics for bullying is shoving people into things

when it comes to hand to hand while JFK has shown no evidence of being trained in anything he has been able to completely stomp Gandi so he shouldn't be that far behind to bean in hand to hand combat seeing that his martial arts come from him just pushing over his instructor and rolling him in a mat
