Eg: The shining one from Shin megami tensei, Future warrior from xenoverse, pantheon protagonist from dies irae pantheon...

I think the most powerful is the Mage from World of Darkness, what with High 1-A hax

Also, the Luminous Being is apparently a stand-in for the GM in dungeons and dragons, though I'm not too sure if that counts as a true-self insert.
