I swear I was gonna put Emps in OP, not sure how I forgot. I actually know almost nothing about KG, might watch Madoka after I finish Gurren Lagann which will likely be tonight loool. Never seen Medaka either but the concept seems cool and uh that's an astounding powers and abilities section. I was gonna say especially for a Tier 8 but I do recall at least a couple of comments noting how ridiculously haxxed a lot of T8s are. If anyone knows and wants to fill me in on that, please do.

The Outsider doesn't have the craziest array of hax compared to some others but his Fate Manip is absurd enough to warrant at least an honorable mention IMO

The most insane thing about Medaka is she can learn almost any ability she wants. More then a few of Medaka's wins(at least the ones I saw) on this site have come down to "Medaka copies Opponent's ability, and uses it to win." Come to think of it, that's how a lot of the manga's fights have ended too. Also, you are more then welcome to watch the anime too, but I highly recommend reading the manga if you can. Most of Medaka's major feats come from the middle to end of the manga, which I don't think the anime touches on very much.
