Monsterverse Solar System+ Statements?

I do not mean to ask this question, but I wish to know why nearly all of the Monsterverse Titans were upgraded to possibly Solar System Level. For the top tiers like Godzilla, Shimo, Kong, etc I understand why. They are numerous calcs and feats that can support them. But then you have characters like Behemoth, the Ion Dragon, One-Eye, etc who are also listed to be possibly in that same level of power. How exactly does that work apart from generous upscaling.
Now, I don't mean to sound pretentious or annoying, since I honestly don't have much experience in the power scaling community, but this almost feels like the Giant Condor scaling again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Behemoth and others absolutely should not scale to the Solar stuff, most of them can't even beat a weakened tired base goji

(Although imo I think at least some like Behemoth could probably scale to base Goji)

That's a great question. I know it's strange, but all Kaijus are at that level because all the titans have biologically adapted to gamma ray bursts and, as a result, all resist these bursts. And gamma ray bursts are the main reason why the MonsterVerse is possibly in the solar system.

I guess that makes sense, and I certainly understand it for the top tiers, but it still feels weird for anyone else in the verse to be that level.

As all the Titans are adapted to survive the gamma ray bursts from the Vile Vortice, clearly all of them scale from it.
