Most Powerful Character For Every Hax

Dunno how well this'll work, but what I'm going for with this is, for example, out of every character that has Mind Manipulation, whose is the most potent? Hopefully that makes sense. I'm gonna list several examples of hax to get started but I don't have them all memorized so I'll add more as they're brought up. Also, ignore tiers if at all possible. What I mean by this is that Bill Cipher, being Low 2-C, is going to have infinitely more powerful Mind Manipulation than Luke Skywalker even though the latter can mindhax quadrillions of people and thus is arguably more impressive. That said, if a Tier 7 character has 2-A Mind Manipulation, obviously that's impressive, so something like that counts. I know, really convoluted rules, but I hope I'm still making sense.

So with that jumbled mess of an explanation out of the way.

Mind Manipulation:

Reality Warping:

Time Manipulation:

Tenma Yato 1-A time stop.

The One Above All for plot manipulation, or if tier 0 are out, Featherine.

Reality Warping, all tier 0, of all 1-A.

Existence Erasure: GEOM 1-A's void, or Reinhard/Machina erasure.

Time Manipulation: Actually, you can just put all of 1-A, so I'm putting The Glory.
 
Actually omnipotence takes them all but eh. 1-A characters and above out of the list i'd say.

Plot manip: Medaka Kurokami

Intangability: How can intangability have "potence"? Intagnability is immunity to physical dmg, immunities lack "potence" their potence is absolute.

Timemanip: I know Ren Fuji and what not, but he only has "time stop" so it's nothing that impressive, so maybe Timemon since he can fully manipulate it.

Reality Warping: Ajimu Najimi Idk, maybe HA Dio, he is 8-C with 2-A reality overwrite. That's fairly impressive.

Probability Manip: Probs jill, since 9-C with 1-A.

EE: Idk if All Fiction counts, but if it does then probs Medaka (8-B key).
 
Someone from cthulhu mythos for nearly all of them just because they are the highest end of 1-A bar a fe characters on the wiki

Zeah, but 99% of the haxed characters fall under "infinitly better". Several infinities in fact.

And having mind hax that's two dimensional planes higher than your plane of existence is not impressive how?
 
Shadow as he can banish you outside space-time.

Maybe FSM as a place holder for BFR? He can BFR things resistant to it and transport smaller dimensions into other dimensions
 
Chuck Norris (Fact Book) for Fear Manipulation (the concepts of fear and time are afraid of him)

BFR isn't really something you resist, it's something you can escape if you have the means to do it.
 
Like others id say the Emperor of Mankind for EE/Void Manip and Jill Presto for Prob Manip.
 
Tier 0's are kinda cheating, since they techinally have every power, so i wouldn't count him imo
 
Well he wants impressive so like a 7-C with 2-A hax instead of a High 1-A with High 1-A hax
