Just for a change of pace, to make something not power related for once. Completely subjective. I just wanna see what character people really like from each tier. And best part is, there's no "all of them" for tiers 0 and High 1-A, because this isn't determined by power. And it gives weaker characters some time in the spotlight instead of having the thread monopolized by Digimon, YHVH, or Warhammer characters.

Beloved is subjective. As it entails likeableness, how well they're written, what they represent, etc.

Uhh hard to say...

I really liked how Demi-Fiend was portrayed in Nocturne (Well at least his actions even for a silent protagonist). He is one of the only like able silent protagonists in my opinion. For 7-A, Oswald has great character development and went from a boring and cliche "emo anti-Hero" to a very well written and well portrayed character.

I don't think he's the best written character, but I definitely think that Courage is the most determined, kind, and loyal character I have ever seen. No matter what he will do whatever it takes to save Muriel all thanks to her taking him home and giving him a family when he had lost his own.

He is a solid 9-A and possibly 4-C due to a gag feat
