She was causally blitzing Eleonore and it is stated that only Ren and Schreiber can get past her speed. It is also stated she is faster than Reinhard's spear so she is pretty good.

edit: not to mention she was weakened while blitzing Eleonore

although this scan might be wank because rein's lance does have schreiber's ability and it is stated that no one but rein could bind schreiber and it is stated schreiber is faster than beatrice

So it's likely talking about the spear when Rein is nerfed and can't use it's full power
