i though it would aply since it says that the reason is that he is a tear in reality and not bound by posibility it would also aply to the Dova for being of the same nature (a prisoner)Matthew Schroeder said:

I don't think the state of being a Prisoner is really Probability Manipulation, but more along the ones of them standing outside of probability itself by virtue of existing beyond time and causality. Ai(OS) straights up says this.

Prisoners share the same state of being, but I don't think it necessarily counts as Probability Manipulation.

Yea i can deal with the Probability manipulation not being added, just was a little confuse about the whole thing since the vestige page said that he had it because of existing beyond reality etc.Antvasima said:
