Forgot to make this, anyway let's jump right into it.
Possession
All ghost already have this on their page, I however wanted to update it (Adding some wording). It's been shown that ghosts can Overshadow other ghosts, like in the episode "The Ultimate Enemy" when Danny's ghost half possessed Vlad's ghost half and they were separated from their human halves at this point. Or in the episode "Splitting Images", Poindexter while in Danny's body attempted to Overshadow and control Danny's ghost.
My Proposal: Possession (Ghosts can take control of the Body, Mind and Soul of whoever they Overshadow)
Soul Manipulation
Now in the episode "Spitting Images" Poindexter actually removes Danny's Ghost/Spirit outside of his body. Now this isn't like the other times were Danny simply removed his ghostly DNA and his personality split. Poindexter did not in fact remove the ghostly DNA in Danny's body, this is shown when Poindexter still transforms into "Danny Phantom". Danny's ghost was sent into the Ghost Zone while Poindexter had complete control over his body. Note that this isn't something unique to Poindexter as Danny proceeded to take back control of his body and remove Poindexter's ghost from it.
My Proposal: Soul Manipulation (Ghosts can interact and remove the soul from the body of whoever they Overshadow)
Non-Physical Interaction
All ghost should have this as they have been shown capable of harming other intangibile beings even when not intangibile themselves. In the episode "What you Want" Danny fired a ghost ray that passed harmlessly through someone's head and knocked the ghost out of their body. Note that ghost rays aren't unique to Danny and they can effect other intangibile beings by going intangibile as well.
My Proposal: Non-Physical Interaction (Ghosts can harm other intangibile beings with their attacks or by going intangibile themselves)
Soul Manipulation Resistance
Danny should get resistance to Soul Manipulation since he resisted Poindexter's attempt to Overshadow him and in the episode "Control Freaks", Freakshow, using a staff that allowed him to control ghosts was unable to keep constant control over Danny but was able for other ghosts. Note that this had nothing to do with Danny being half ghost, it was never hinted that that was the reason, he was simply just stated and shown consistently resisting it each time.
This only goes for Danny, Dani, Dan and Vlad.
Data Manipulation
In the episode "Teacher of the Year" Technus enters a computer an creates his own avatar. Danny then proceedes to do the same and says "Wait, Technus used his ghost powers in the game so why can't I?" And proceeds to enter his computer and Overshadow his game character. Since its suggested that Danny could do it just because he had ghost powers I think other ghosts should be capable as well.
