• Owlbear one is weird since it's just having two minds, with mind control only affecting one. Still, since it doesn't specify that mechanically you can just target the other one, there's something to be said for it, so I'll sign off on it.
• Halfling should have a comma after some tiers (like 9-A, up to 8-C)

Reckon everything else looks basically fine.
