Moon level MCU Ronan and Rocket?

How come MCU Ronan's durability and Rocket's AP aren't rated as moon level despite multiple statements from the guidebook and the movie?

The Hadron Enforcer is fired twice in the movie. Once against Ronan (which he tanks) and the other time against his weapon (which gets destroyed).

Nobody else would scale to the feat. Hadron Enforcer was only used against Ronan and the only way 2014 Ronan could be killed was with the power stone.

Rocket Raccoon is up to 5-C with prep, which should probably be better represented on the profile with an actual tier I guess.

Ronan also had the Power Stone when he was hit with the Hadron Enforcer iirc, an up to 5-A weapon. Granted Ronan should probably have a Durability value for his second key...

This would likely also affect anyone with the Power Stone, so that's Thanos also getting 5-C durability... So it could be considered an Outlier.

Yea I agree because the current rating on his profile states possibly far higher (He claimed that the Hadron Enforcer could blow up a moon, and that was confirmed by the guidebook as well). I think it would be better represented if it was 5C with the Hadron Enforcer.

In the same guidebook its stated Ronan sleeps in a pit filled with Celestial blood, so I would consider it base Ronan's durability and not amped by the power stone. But I guess i'm ok with it being an outlier.

If I can get a statement from James Gunn for Ronan being moon level will it be considered not an outlier?

The Hadron enforcer being 5-C is fine, it's characters like ronan physically scaling to it that is an outlier

Because it would scale to Power Stone wielders, including Thanos, who essentially all heavy hitters contended with and harmed.
