This will be simple.
The Lower Titans
Na Kika, and Nokele-Mbembe should be listed as "Unknown" since we don't know if all of the Titans scale to the main Titans (Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan, etc.) and their feats can't be measured. Following the same issue there is Margygr, but she should be downgraded to "At least Wall level" since she has roughly the size and mass of a whale according to Monarch.
Durability of a Fish
Murderfish should have Country level durability as they are capable of surviving their own blows.
