Just something that I think should be discussed.
Well first of all, Rachnera's speed should most likely scales to the others Resident of Kurusu's mansion. As shown here, Centorea manages to steals away Kurusu from Rachnera before she could even react. From this, most others gets in fight with Centorea or peeps who gets in fight with Centorea, so it should scales to pretty much anyone who scales from them too.
Meanwhile, right here , Tio almost kills Zombina by just falling on her. Note that even when she recieved her Building level attack , she didn't mention any risk of death like here she do. Tio would most likely need at least similar AP.
This would also scales to most Kurusu Resident, as Kurusu survived Tio's death hug multiple times, and nearly everyone in the mansion is > him. This is supported by the fact that both Hapi and Kurusu fell alongside Mega Suu, thus most likely recieving part of the impact, yet surviving.
Another thing, but Kurusu's Dura scales to his AP. His punches are strong enough to harm him.
So, in short.
All Kurusu Resident, including Kurusu himself: Buidling level
All Kurusu Resident, not including Kurusu: Supersonic reactions
MON Team: Building level, from scaling to Kurusu. They also gets Supersonic from being generally superior to normal girls.
