apparently this godzilla has AD, and orochi's regen is only via absorbtion of others according to profile

Orochi doesn't use skill in character. Thanks redraw. Godzilla's also no slouch in combat himself.
And Godzilla's passive growth would get over a 5/3 gap pretty quickly.
He went from multi continental to small planet through dwarf star (only comments I see of evaluation say the high end is fine now) just by existing long enough, and in combat in the second series he went from getting stomped by Keizer Ghidorah to winning in three attacks. Orochi almost died from a hole being put in him by Saitama, Godzilla would do the same with enough effort, growth and time. His regeneration depends on being able to feed on biomass. Godzilla wouldn't leave any Orochi left, he's only 27 meters tall.
