Currently, Constance is only at 9-B tier which is kind of odd to me given how Constance is a literal giant house monster that is the literal size of a building, i suggest that her tier needs to be changed to 9-A tier as her sheer size should give her this kind of AP strength alone and her final form should also be this tier as well.
